Located with an entrance on 3rd Street in Mandan ND the Meadowlands is within a short distance of a supermarket, restaurants and a health clinic. Nestled in a wooded setting near the Heart River the Meadowlands combines the natural surroundings of the country with the conveniences of the city.

Meadowlands Park is North Dakota's premier age restricted neighborhood located in the heart of the Bismarck - Mandan communities. The federal legislation establishing age - restricted communities allows for a mix of 80% residents age 55 or older and 20% of residents under the age of 55.

  • Phase 1 SOLD OUT. Accepting Phase 2 lot reservations now. Homes available fall of 2025. 

  • Meadowlands Homes sells the homes, completes the setup and builds the garages. We offer many Schult and Friendship floor plans and will build garages to suit.

  • This is a land-lease community; lot rent is $425 per month. Homeowners pay their own utilities, water and garbage. Residents are responsible for their own lawn care and driveway snow removal; however, these services can be provided with a separate fee.

  • Meadowlands Park Activity Center is managed by the residents with a wide variety of activities including bi-weekly barbecues, holiday parties, corn hole, pinocle, etc. with exercise room, pool table, puzzles, library, and coffee available daily.

  • Pets are welcome except for aggressive dog breeds; fences are allowed.

  • A few select homes are offered for rent. Inquire with management.

  • Meadowlands Park is NOT in the flood plain.
