The Homesteads in Meadowlands 55+ Community
Meadowlands Development is expanding our 55+ Community to include “The Homesteads”,
where we will be selling 43 new lots with homes and garages. The development will begin in
2026 with homes available by late 2026 or early 2027.
We will offer 7 different manufactured home floorplans; they will range in size from 1,100 sqft. 3-bedroom 2 bath cottage homes with 2 car garages on smaller lots to large 2,048 sqft. 3-bedroom 3 bath homes with 3 car garages on large lots. The Homesteads will operate under a Homeowner’s Association (HOA)
that will provide snow removal, lawn care and a one-call maintenance service.
