The Meadowlands is more than a place – it’s a lifestyle where neighbors say, "Hi," and look out for one another. Located with an entrance on 3rd Street in Mandan ND the Meadowlands is within a short distance of a supermarket, restaurants and a health clinic. Nestled in a wooded setting near the Heart River the Meadowlands combines the natural surroundings of the country with the conveniences of the city.

Meadowlands Park is North Dakota's premier age restricted neighborhood located in the heart of the Bismarck - Mandan communities. The federal legislation establishing age - restricted communities allows for a mix of 80% residents age 55 or older and 20% of residents under the age of 55.

Meadowlands Phase 1 Fact Sheet

  • PHASE 1 completed – 67 lots for manufactured and modular homes with garages.

  • Homes can be purchased from Meadowlands Park. We have 101 building plans to choose from; customize interiors for preordered homes.

  • A few select homes are offered for rent or lease to own. Inquire with management.

  • This is a land-lease community.

  • Lot rent is $425 per month and includes common area lawn care, private roads snow removal, 24 hour security, land taxes and special assessments. Homeowners pay their own utilities including garbage and water. Homeowners are responsible for their own lawn care and driveway snow removal.

  • Pets are welcome except for aggressive dog breeds.

  • Fences are allowed

  • Several model homes are available for purchase; we feature Champion, Friendship, Schult and Magnolia brand homes.

  • Meadowlands Park is NOT in the flood plain.
