Phase 2 Overview

Meadowlands Park is expanding and offering new homes & lots for sale that will be available beginning fall of 2026 or Spring 2027. We are accepting lot reservations now on a first come first serve basis.

Some lots may require a specific floor plan and other lots may allow several floor plans. The plat map of
the 30 lots is color coded to help identify which floor plans will be allowed for which lots. Please
use the plat map with the floor plans to identify which lot and floor plan combination bests meets your needs.

Attached Double & Triple garages are built to suit. Garage sizes may be limited depending on lot selection.
