Meadowlands 55+ Community

The Meadowlands is more than a place – it’s a lifestyle where neighbors say, "Hi," and look out for one another. It’s a quiet, scenic place where you catch a glimpse of wild turkeys and deer in the nearby meadowlands and woods. You can walk your dog on our sidewalks, plant a garden in your backyard, and enjoy weekly activities in the Meadowlands Activity Center. The trolley to Fort Lincoln is just across the street along with acres of green space.

Located with an entrance on 3rd Street in Mandan ND the Meadowlands is within a short distance of a supermarket, restaurants and a health clinic. Nestled in a wooded setting near the Heart River the Meadowlands combines the natural surroundings of the country with the conveniences of the city.

Meadowlands Park is North Dakota's premier age restricted neighborhood located in the heart of the Bismarck - Mandan communities. The federal H.O.P.A. legislation establishing age - restricted communities allows for a mix of 80% residents age 55 or older and 20% of residents under the age of 55.
