Phase 2 Homes For Pre-Order
Meadowlands Park is expanding and offering 30 new lots that will be available beginning the
fall of 2025. We are accepting lot reservations now on a first come first serve basis. Some lots
may require a specific floor plan and other lots may allow several floor plans. The plat map of
the 30 lots is color coded to help identify which floor plans will be allowed for which lots. Please
use the plat map with the floor plans to identify which lot and floor plan combination bests
meets your needs.
Prices range from $179K to $259K. Garages are built to suit, priced, and sold separately. Garage sizes may be limited depending on lot selection.
In order to make a lot reservation please call (701) 712-1353 or email us at
info@meadowlandspark.com. Our lot reservation agreement requires a $1,000 refundable
deposit. The deposit will become nonrefundable when the lot construction is complete and the
lot is ready for the home to be shipped. You will be notified when the lot is ready. Lot
reservations can also be placed for homes delivered in 2026 and 2027. Please call to discuss the
process for later home deliveries.
